Vacationed with my wife Bobbi on Mount Desert Island in Maine. We stayed in a wonderful cabin at Acadia Cabins in Southwest Harbor. This is the "quiet side" of the island and is less busy than Bar Harbor, but just as beautiful! If you go be sure to stop in at the "Quiet Side Cafe" for some chowder and lobstah. Don't forget to have both the apple pie and blueberry pie. Best I've ever had (sorry Laura) and I've tasted a few of each in 59 years! Enjoy the photos and feel free to leave me your impressions.
